• We minimise direct contact with our guests as much as possible. Unfortunately, this also means that we can no longer accompany you to your room. We are still happy to take your luggage upstairs.
• We diligently disinfect our hands. There are appropriate disinfection facilities at all entrances.
• We air all rooms at regular intervals.

• We disinfect surfaces and tables after every guest.
• We clean and disinfect the Private Spa after every visit. Therefore, the visiting time has been reduced to 1 hour, we kindly ask for your understanding.
