Arrival/Departure

Our hotel is located in a quiet, sunny spot on the outskirts of Gstaad, at an altitude of 1,000 metres, right next to the fantastic ski and hiking area. We offer free outdoor parking for our guests and garage spaces can be rented for CHF 17 per night. We are happy to offer a free pick-up service from Gstaad railway station on arrival (please book in advance). There are also electric car charging stations in front of the hotel.

Bikes

Our partner, Alfred Ski & Bike Shop, is located directly opposite the hotel. From spring to autumn, you can borrow mountain bikes free of charge or hire e-bikes at a discounted rate.
Have you brought your own bike? Our reception team will be happy to tell you where you can store it safely and lock it up, and recharge it if necessary.

Check in / Check out

Your room will be ready from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, and you can enjoy it until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You can, of course, leave your luggage at reception at any time. Upon request and subject to availability, we are happy to offer you the option of a late check-out on request.

Easy Summer – Fun included

From mid-May to the end of October, our hotel guests can enjoy a free outdoor programme in collaboration with the Alpinzentrum Gstaad – featuring activities such as river rafting, climbing, biking, hiking, and much more.

Easy Winter – Ski Included

From Christmas to mid-March, our hotel guests can enjoy free winter sports equipment – skis, snowboards or sledges – directly at the Alfred Ski & Bike Shop opposite the hotel. Just arrive, get kitted out and hit the slopes!

Culinary

Our restaurant will spoil you at any time of day. The restaurant's opening hours vary depending on the season – you can find the latest information and menus here.

Start your day off right with our extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Salle «La Sarine» (also open to non-guests!). On request, we will serve breakfast in your room free of charge until 11:00 a.m.

For your lunch or dinner, we recommend reserving your table early online or by phone.

Pets

Your four-legged friends are very welcome here. To ensure a perfect stay, we will be happy to provide your dog with a welcome gift, a bowl and a dog towel. You can find more information here.

Children

We offer numerous amenities for our youngest guests: a playground with electric cars, a children's playroom, a heated pool in summer, as well as children's menus, high chairs and colouring supplies in the restaurant. A nappy-changing room, a children's toilet and children's and baby beds are also available. You can find more information under Children.

Ski / Ski School

You can conveniently store your skis and ski boots in our ski room. Directly opposite, at the Alfred Ski & Bike Shop, you can collect your free winter equipment. The office of the Ski School Gstaad is also located at Alfred. The meeting point for group lessons is in the parking lot opposite the hotel.

Gstaad Sports Centre

Just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, the Gstaad Sports Centre offers an indoor pool with a children's area, a heated outdoor pool, wellness, fitness, and much more. Additionally, tennis, curling, and badminton facilities, mini-golf, beach volleyball courts, and a large playground are available.

Wellness

Pure relaxation: our private spa at Chalet Micheline, with sauna, steam bath and relaxation loungers, is available to hotel guests free of charge for one hour per day (first come, first served). Massages by Carol Body and Soul, a fitness room and the bio pool in summer round off the wellness offering.
