Beautiful hotel in a contemporary rustic style, peaceful place near a small river. From the first moment you meet the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. The highlight is undoubtedly the private spa. On the entry level you will find an excellent restaurant which among other things offers an Italian menu, quality which is difficult to find in Italy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice apartment with steam shower. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was extremely delicious. We plan to come back.

The hotel is bright and cheery and easily accessed. The views of the Wispile Mountain and the fast-flowing river alongside the hotel were outstanding. From check-in to check-out, we found Christa and the other young women at the reception desk to be exceptional. They are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and enjoyable. The extras that Arc en Ciel provides free of charge make it quite unique; for example, bicycles, spa and fitness facility, outdoor ping pong table, pool, and children's play area. Our stay at Arc en Ciel made out visit to Gstaad very special.
