Led by José Liborio and head chef Christophe Vogel, our team treats guests to traditional Swiss specialities, as well as light Mediterranean and Italian dishes, all freshly prepared and served à la minute using seasonal ingredients.
As well as regional classics, we offer a fine selection of vegetarian, vegan, as well as gluten- and lactose-free dishes.
Our wood-fired pizzas are lovingly prepared by our long-standing pizzaioli using only the finest ingredients. These are perfectly complemented by a carefully curated selection of wines from Switzerland and across Europe.

Best products from the region
For our dishes, we mainly use regional ingredients from local producers and suppliers who stand for freshness and the highest quality.

- Dairy products from the Molkereien Gstaad and Schönried
- Fresh bread from the bakeries Chnusperbecke and earlybeck
- Vegetables and fruits from beo Zweisimmen and the Siebenthal family
- Live trout from the Pisciculture de la Gruyère
- Ice cream from Mountain Ice-Cream Zweisimmen
For sustainability reasons, we avoid sea fish whenever possible and give preference to products with short transport routes.
Rainbow against food waste
We are actively committed to reducing food waste in collaboration with the organisation United Against Waste. Almost all dishes are also available in smaller portions. If you have any leftovers, we will be happy to pack them for you.
