Philosophy

Our restaurant team under the management of José Liborio and our kitchen brigade with head chef Christophe Vogel will spoil you with typical Swiss dishes and light, healthy Mediterranean-Italian creations. These are allways  freshly prepared.

We also offer a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as gluten- and lactose-free alternatives.

The pizza from the wood-fired oven is prepared with love by our long-standing pizzaioli using the best ingredients.

The wine list offers an exquisite selection of Swiss and European wines.

The best products from the region

We mainly use regional products from local traders and farmers for our dishes. Our suppliers guarantee us fresh goods of the best quality.

For reasons of sustainability, we avoid sea fish wherever possible in our menu.

Arc-en-ciel against food waste

In collaboration with the organisation "United against waste", we are trying to reduce the amount of food that is thrown away. Further information can be found here.
